This petition is filed for modification to modify the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2632/2022 order dated 13.06.2022 by the Special Court NDPS Act, Chennai pending investigation in R.R.No.23/2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2632 of 2022 order dated 13.06.2022 on the file of respondent police i.e., " That they shall each execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two acceptable and reliable sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court and on condition that both sureties of each petitioner must be having immovable property standing in their own name supported with title documents and property tax https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt" is modified to the effect that "That they shall each execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two acceptable and reliable blood related sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court".

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
