The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to dispose of HMOP.No.27 of 2021, pending on its file. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of HMOP.No.27 of 2021 1/4

pending before the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. The HMOP is pending for the last five years. The learned counsel for the petitioner would bring to my notice that along with HMOP.No.27 of 2021, one another HMOP.No.161 of 2021 has also been taken up for joint trial and the HMOPs are posted for marking of documents. 5.Considering that the trial has commenced, a direction is issued to the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, to dispose of HMOP.27 of 2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
