This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned District Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai, in Crime No.245 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kalasapakkam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. It is stated that since the petitioner is working as a construction labour at Tiruppur, he was unable to appear before the Trial Court in time as directed by this Court.

3. Hence, considering the above, 10 days time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11811 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.
