O R D E R

This revision seeks a direction to learned District Munsif, Palladam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2013 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the respondent has preferred O.S.No.39 of 2013 on the file of learned District Munsif, Palladam, seeking partition and separate possession of property. She has done so as

C.T.SELVAM, J kpr the legal heir of her deceased father. Learned counsel further submitted that written statement was filed in the year 2015, but till date trial is yet to commence.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioners, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Palladam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
