ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.4304 of 2025 on 19.02.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders condition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
