Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the claim of the petitioner for transfer and posting in any Government Schools with continuity of service and all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.06.2014 and further representation dated 02.09.2015 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
