Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the writ petitions has been answered in favour of the petitioner by issuing a proceeding dated 9.10.2015, therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication. On this basis, he sought to withdraw the writ petitions. Recording his statement, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2015 are also dismissed. No costs.
