The Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to change the wife name as Saritha instead of Vasanthi in the Death Certificate in Registration No.D-2022:33-14757-000005 dated 30.03.2022 and to issue legal heir certificate of the petitioner's husband Manivelu on the basis of petitioner representation dated 04.04.2024.

2. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024 is pending before the 2nd Respondent with regard to the relief sought for, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in 2/4
