ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.307/2012 on the file of the second respondent police to the third respondent police or any other investigation agency.

2. It is now submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned jurisdictional court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press further in respect of transfer the investigation of the case. However, he prays for a direction to the court below to take up the case on file and proceed in accordance with law at the earliest.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate, the Court below is directed to take up the final report on file, number it and complete the trial of the case as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Crl.O.P. is disposed of. 29.08.2017 gr.
