ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to protect the petitioners herein from harassment of the police on the complaint given by R.Vijayalakshmi, R.Kavitha and N.Hemalatha.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners did not participate in the enquiry despite the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were reporting before the different Police Stations. Due to communication gap, they are unable to participate in the enquiry and the petitioners had no intention of disobeying the order of this Court.

4. Since the presence of the petitioners is required for interrogation, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 03.07.2024 and on their appearance, the Investigating Officer shall make necessary enquiry in accordance with law and there shall not be any harassment while interrogation.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
