Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.no. 11382 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 11382 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
