Mr. P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2. By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner claims to be the wife of one Raja Mohammad and alleging that a legal heir certificate has been obtained by one Asal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nachiar and her two sons by suppressing the relevant facts, a representation has been made by the petitioner on 27.03.2015 and on its non-consideration, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into merits of the case, a direction is hereby issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, rival claimant as well as respondents 3 to
