Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 25.11.2019 for the survey and issuance's patta for the vacant land plot Number 19 to an extent of 2350 Sq. Ft located at Morai Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER

(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2019 wherein the petitioner has sought for the issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

(2)Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been taken on file by the 2nd respondent and has fixed the date of enquiry on 07.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present along with all the relevant documents.

(3)Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and fixed the date of enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(4)This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
