This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4869 of 2013 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate Court, FTC, Saidapet, Chennai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.Nos.6387 & 6388 of 2018 is closed.
