This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the complaint of the petitioner sent by petitioner's counsel on 31.08.2020 and registered on 10.09.2020 filed and pending before the 1st and 2nd respondents and exercise their powers under the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 and the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 and the allied schemes and guidelines and to call for details from the 3rd respondent and after verifying the details and records, take appropriate action in accordance with law on the basis of such findings.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel 2/4

appearing for the 1st respondent would state that the prayer in the writ petition is for disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2020 and the said representation was considered and the same has been closed which was also communicated to the petitioner through online. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
