ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Subordinate Judge Court), Gudiyatham, Vellore Dist to dispose of the MCOP.No.1 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard, Mr.F.TERRY CHELLA RAJA, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, after the accident, the petitioner underwent continuous treatment in various hospitals and that a Medical Board subsequently assessed her disability at 90% and prayed for the speedy disposal of MCOP.No.1 of 2022, which was filed in the year 2022.
4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2022, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs. 22-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MPA
