ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 03.10.2025, seeking for an issuance of joint patta for the house property bearing Plot No.49, measuring to an extent of 0.020 sq.mt (or) 1291 sq.ft., comprised in Grama Natham Survey No.261/48, Old Survey No.216/1, situated at Mannivakam Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpattu District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
