These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- Conditional order dated 22.12.2012 is complied with. 2.Application No.3119 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 2257 days filing the Written Statement of 3rd Defendant in C.S.No.25 of 2015. 3.Application No.3121 of 2021 has been filed to stay all further proceedings in E.P.No.80 of 2018 in C.S.No.25 of 2015. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing these applications.
5.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed as prayed for. 6.Post the matter in the usual course.
