O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:-

"To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's petition filed under Section 63(e) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act 22/1959 in O.A.No.11/2011 within a stipulated period of time."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for H.R.& C.E. would submit that the first respondent/Joint Commissioner may be directed to pass orders on the petition filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid Original Application, within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the plea of the respondent and also a limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders in the Original Application in O.A.No.11 of 2011 filed by the petitioner herein in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
