ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner seeks direction against the official respondents to remove the encroachments and illegal construction put up by respondent No.3 in S.No.310 (Kuttai poramboke land) to an extent of 45 cents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though a suit was filed by respondent No.3, that suit stands dismissed on the petitioner moving an application under Order 7, Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. We direct the Tahsildar, Poonamallee/respondent No.2 to cause an inspection at site to verify the factum of encroachments and the unauthorised construction. If the allegation is found true, necessary action in accordance with law be taken after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of this order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
