Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, AGP for R1 to 3 Notice dispensed with for R4 to 10 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeal dated 27.12.2025 pending on the file of the second respondent. Aggrieved by the order of the third respondent dated 17.07.2025, the aforesaid appeal has been filed by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3.Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 4 to 10, notice to respondents 4 to 10 is dispensed with by this Court.

4.No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 27.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 to 10 and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 27.12.205.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 27.12.205, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 to 10 and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
