ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent transfer the Crime No.367 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, E-2, Thirukazhukunram Police to the file of the CBCID Police.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Vedhachalam, Elumalai, Boopathi, Ponnusamy, Thangavelu, Manokaran, Kumar, S.Saravanan, Pravina and Ganesan for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 471, 465, 468 and 471 r/w.34 of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.367 of 2014 as early as on 22.05.2014, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation the action was dropped and Referred Charge Sheet was also filed before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate of Thirukalukundram and notice was also served on the defacto complainant.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
