Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the proceedings dated 07.07.17 bearing Na.Ka.No.2644/E/2013 passed by the fourth respondent and quash

the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant the lease of fishing rights to the petitioner Society. For Petitioner ::
