ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to depute a competent surveyor to make survey at the petitioners land.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the survey has already been completed and hence, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.
