ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.269 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after conducting the investigation of the case in Crime No.269 of 2012, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.690 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
