The writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 14.03.2025, wherein the petitioner has sought for subdivision of the subject property and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Head the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 14.03.2025 and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
