Seeking issuance of patta, the petitioner made a representation on 10.08.2015, enclosing relevant documents and basing reliance upon the decree obtained in O.S.No.2203 of 1984. As the said representation has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and 3rd party, if so required.
