Heard the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the loan amount, as per the sanction letter, dated 5.2.2014.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that the loan amount had been disbursed to the petitioner, as per the sanction letter, dated 5.2.2014, issued by the respondent.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
