Heard Mr.U.Karunakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.N.G.Niraimathi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2019 sent by the petitioner.
3. Mr.C.N.G.Niraimathi, learned Senior Counsel is present. By representation dated 18.05.2019, the petitioner has enclosed the experience certificate issued by the State Transport Unit and also work experience certificate wherein he has worked in V.S.T.Service Station privately at Salem with ESI and PF account https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and made a representation to consider the same without prejudice. Upon the contention of both the parties, the respondent/Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass orders in accordance with law.
4. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
