ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.07.2025 and 24.03.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representations dated 09.07.2025 and 24.03.2026 before the respondents seeking issuance of patta for the house property comprised in (Old Survey No.
61) New Survey No.534/1 an extent of sq.ft 446 1/4 in Perambur village, Perambur Taluk, Chennai District through registered will deed dated 10.04.1997 in Document No.60/ 1997 at SRO Purasaiwakkam. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representations dated 09.07.2025 and 24.03.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 09.07.2025 and 24.03.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
