ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed the writ petition to implement the order passed by the respondent dated 29.05.2015 and to remove the water tap, which according to the petitioner has been implanted in the petitioner's patta land. From the records placed before this Court, it is not clear as to what is the extent of petitioner's land and what are the boundaries. In any event, already the authority has initiated action and proceedings have been issued. Therefore, the petitioner has to pursue his representation before the respondent, which is stated to be pending.

3. The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation before the respondent and the respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law. No costs.
