Heard Mr.D.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for first respondent. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2015 and to cancel the patta granted in favour of 2nd respondent.

3. Since the Writ Petition is being disposed of without notice to the 2nd respondent, the allegation made by the petitioner as against the 2nd respondent are not gone into and left upon to be decided by the competent authority.

Accordingly, there shall be a direction the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to the petitioner and 2nd respondent as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
