ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026 to provide police security to the petitioner to safeguard his life and property. 2.Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted on instructions that, on receipt of the complaint, the 3rd respondent forwarded the same to the Inspector of Police, J4, Kotturpuram Police Station, Chennai. Thereafter, the Inspector of Police, J4 Kotturpuram Police Station, conducted a detailed enquiry and it was found that the petitioner and the 4th respondent are advocates and they are residing in the same apartment. Therefore, the complaint was enquired and closed. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If any grievance over the closure of complaint, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law.
