ORDER

Order dated 06.03.2023 cancelling the petitioner's GST registration is challenged in this writ petition.

2. Mr. L.Gokulraj, learned Government Counsel (Tax), accepts notice for the respondent. He points out that order dated 06.03.2023 was revoked. He has handed over written instructions stating that a subsequent cancellation of registration was issued on 17.07.2024. Granting leave to the petitioner to challenge cancellation order dated 17.07.2024 or to seek the revocation thereof in accordance with law, this writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
