Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition if necessary arises and he has also made an endorsement to this effect. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, if necessary. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
