Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No.29653/2015/X.1 dated 04.03.2016, quash the same and issue consequential direction to the respondent to regularize the period of suspension from 16.11.2015 till the date of revocation as duty and to allow him to continue in the same Center i.e., Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Thali as noon-meal organizer.
