The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an application before the Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai to set aside the exparte order passed in I.A.No.27 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2012 dated 20.11.2015. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the grounds of the revision.

va 2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file an application to set aside the exparte order passed in I.A.No.27 of 2015 and if such an application is being filed by the petitioner, the Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai, shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
