ORDER

Learned Counsel for the respondent wife states that she has decided to withdraw her HMOP filed for dissolution of marriage. The petitioner husband filed HMOP for restitution of conjugal rights which has since been withdrawn and counter claim has been filed in the HMOP by the respondent wife seeking the relief of divorce and other ancillary relief. 2.

Learned Counsel for the respondent wife states that the wife is willing to settle the matter amicably.

However, Mr.S.Mukunth, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner husband states that the wife is not taking consistent stands and hence the petitioner husband is willing to go for mediation. 4.

Keeping the CRP pending, I am inclined to direct the parties to appear before the mediator, Mr.T.R.Narayanan, Advocate at Coimbatore who shall endeavor to mediate the dispute between the parties and mediation shall be completed by 31.07.2025.

Registry is directed to send the entire records to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to Family Court, Coimbatore. 6.

Parties shall appear before the mediator on 30.06.2025, along with their respective counsels without expecting any further notice from this Court or from the Mediation.

Report of the mediator by 04.08.2025.

Post on 06.08.2025, for orders. Interim order, if any is extended till then.
