JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, during the pendency of the appeal, the stay application has been dismissed by the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal.
