This Writ Petition is filed for directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2024. 2/5

2. On perusal of the representation dated 27.04.2024 would show that the petitioner was seeking not to arrest & harass her husband in any manner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are number of cases in which the petitioner's husband had been involved and even now, NBW is pending in a case related to the offence under Section 302 of IPC.

4. Considering the above submissions, it is for the petitioner to approach the Civil court to recall the warrant and she cannot send such representation to the respondents not to take any action against her husband.
