ORDER

Heard Mr.Muthumani Doraisami, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Kadhirvelu, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent.

2. This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2019 and grant affiliation to B.E. Safety and Fire Engineering Course for the academic year 2019-20 in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.909 of 2017 dated 16.08.2017.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Anna University has stated that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected in Lr.No.299/CAI/AU/2019 dated 21.05.2019 and hence, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order of rejection passed by the Anna University.

4. In the result, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
