2.Considering the explanation given by the defendant for not filing the written statement within 30 days from the receipt of the suit summon, the application for condonation of 82 days is allowed on costs of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) payable to the plaintiff on or before 01.09.2021.
