Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2017 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court in accordance with law. ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2017, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the 3rd respondent. Despite service of notice and name of 4th respondent is printed in the cause list, non appeared for him.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4. The learned standing counsel for the Corporation / respondents 1 & 2 submitted that action will be taken on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the above submission, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2017 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks.
6. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
