This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.246 of 2025 in Crime.No.356 of 2010 dated 23.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m., and also on each and every hearing date till the disposal of S.C.No.12 of 2012.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.246 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 in Crime.No.356 of 2010 dated 03.02.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m., and also on each and every hearing date, till the disposal of S.C.No.12 of 2012 is relaxed.
