Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2015, in accordance with law by following the ratio laid down in the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and followed in the judgment of this Hon'ble Court in the case of M/s.Hoewitzer Organic Chemical Co., in W.P.No.24371 of 2012, dated 12.04.2013, reported in 2013 (294) ELT 7 (Mad) with the consequential benefit of extension of validity of DFIA license bearing No.0310716522/2/26/00, dated 06.12.2012, issued in File No.03/82/076/00048/AM13, as prayed for and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

1.1. Learned counsels for the respondents says the respondents have no objection to the prayer made for withdrawing the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the captioned writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, pending application shall also stand closed. No costs.
