This application has been filed to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No.312 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent who submits that he has no objection in allowing this application and also perused the materials available on record.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed on condition that the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
