The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.156 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in Crime No.156 of 2014, by completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.247 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.156 of 2014, the prayer made in the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
