The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petition has been filed relating to the order of suspension.

2. It is further submitted that the order of suspension has been revoked by the authorities concerned. This being the factum now placed before this Court, no further adjudication notice to be entertained in respect of the ground raised by the Writ Petitioner.
