The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the Civil Revision Petition, Judgment and Decree has been passed by the trial

court. Challenging the aforesaid Judgment and Decree, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate court. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed a memo to that extent that the lower court has passed order on 28.06.2016.

2. In the light of the memo and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
