ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392, 397 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.639 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the four anticipatory bail application before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused person had waylaid the defacto complainant and demand money with knife point and snatched a sum of Rs.500/- from him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that earlier one application was dismissed on merits by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5742 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021 and other two applications were dismissed as withdrawn. He further submits that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances to consider the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
